What We Do
Kauai Event Design provides luxury event rentals including tents, lighting, stage, dance floors, furniture, fabric drapery, and structural rigging for celebrations, weddings, and corporate retreats across all of Kauai — from Hanalei to Poipu. With over 10 years of experience on the island, we know every venue, every view, and every detail that makes an event unforgettable.

Initial Info & Alignment
We start by understanding your event goals, audience, timeline, venue, and logistical needs via email.
Design & Planning
You set up a virtual meeting with our expert design team to discuss your ideal style, vision, and goals. We talk design direction and rental items tailored to your unique event's objectives.

Proposal & Refinement
You receive a detailed proposal outlining all rentals, services, and execution logistics.
This proposal will include a final price with all fees and taxes included.
A 50% deposit will secure your reservation and rentals on your date, and you will be able to update your order as many times as needed up to 30 days before your event.
