Our inventory includes professionally installed tents, event lighting, dance floors, stages, and refined furnishings. We manage delivery, engineered installation, coordination with planners and venues, and breakdown services island-wide.

Are there any hidden fees?
Kauai Event Design provides transparent, itemized proposals outlining rental costs, delivery, installation, and breakdown services. We do not add unexpected or undisclosed fees after contracts are finalized.
Final pricing may vary based on venue access restrictions, terrain conditions, extended installation requirements, or scope changes requested after proposal approval. Any changes to proposals will result in changes to labor fees but any adjustments are communicated clearly in advance.
