You set up a virtual meeting or call with our expert design team to discuss your company's style, vision, and goal. We talk design direction and rental scope tailored to your brand and event objectives.

Proposal & Refinement
You receive a detailed proposal outlining all rentals, services, and execution logistics.
This proposal will include a final price will all fees and taxes included.
A 50% deposit will secure your reservation and you can make changes to the proposal, free of charge, up until 30 days before your event!
