From the driving range to hole #7 over looking Hanalei Bay & Bali Hai, you can’t go wrong with the many venue choices at the Makai Golf Course. Not only is the grass is always perfect, the event staff is always ready to serve you with a smile! Not to mention they understand the complicated logistics that go into a wedding, they always try to accommodate us vendors & the hundreds of golfers playing the course daily.

Not only is the landscape utterly gorgeous, it is filled with all the indigenous & rare flora of Hawaiian Islands. You would be supporting a not-for-profit institution, dedicated to discovering, saving, and studying the world’s tropical plants and sharing what is learned.
You can have your ceremony on the beach or in front of an ancient Monkeypod tree (literally covered in a heart shaped vine!) Choose from Visitors Center Valley, Big Valley, Piko Valley, & more as your reception site. We highly recommend using landscape lighting to illuminate the natural beauty surrounding you !
From elopements to corporate events with massive guest lists, NTBG can handle it all with grace. & we can't say enough positive things about Gwen, the events manager. This is one of our favorite venues to work with because her & her staff at NTBG are so kind, understanding, & make setting up/breaking down surprisingly pleasant.

There isn’t much room on the front lawn because the ocean is RIGHT THERE, so you have to keep the guest count on the smaller side.

Lee’s Rentals abundant Aloha & quality rentals make them a favorite for professionals & clients alike. In operation since 1993, Lee’s Rentals Inc. offers high quality tents of all sizes for any occasion.
Binky, the owner, is salt of this earth, Kama’aina, who truly puts her clients needs above all else. You’ll find her on the job working n’ sweatin’ as hard (if not harder) than her crew, setting up & breaking down massive tents all day long!
Crisp white tents & beautiful furniture are just a couple reasons why we love KTP. As a lighting design company, we are obsessed with their frame tents. Although, their newest addition, the Aurora, Is one of the most gorgeous tents we have seen!
Jackie & Chris have been in the event rental industry since 1993. Their quality control & professionalism are among the elite in the industry. Hali is whom you will most likely talk to when you call/email. She is the office manager & is sweeter than grandmas apple pie! They are all like family to us.
After using one of VIP’s bathrooms, you will never want to see (or smell) a port-a-potty again. These are a must have for any out door event. Some amenities include: Modern fixtures with beautiful (granite in some) counter tops, refined above counter wash bowls & the aroma of Maile Soap kissing your freshly washed face.
Clancy & Sasha are some of the best people we know & hardest working to boot. In Sasha’s spare time, she is an ambulance EMT saving lives & raising a family.
